Yesterday was a beautiful sunny, warm day and the twins and I went out to a nearby park and playground. There were dozens of water birds, cockatoos an
d other birds to see and the girls were fascinated by the big ducks. The ducks are very tame and come right up close which can be a little disconcerting when they start pecking at your legs. Fortunately I was in my jeans (I did wonder if my jeans smelt like they might taste good though).

At last!It seems like we've had a long cold Winter this year!

If your spring is on the way, it means that our autumn is too, and summer was so short!
ReplyDeleteIt is definitely feeling like Spring here. Our mornings have been a little chilly, but the days are lovely. Actually, the day you posted was quite warm up here, and we had a few mls of rain - enough to bring in a cool wind again. It won't last long. Take care.
