This evening I am having some sewing time,
On the couch and coffee table I have my sewing machine, my threads, gorgeous fabrics and my laptop.
The tv is on and I have ownership of the remote. Homeland is about to begin.
It is my intention to make some small items for sale at the Frankston Waterfront Festival in January.
Quick, easy to sell, not too expensive but one of a kind items. Starting with a pin cushion and a scissor holder.
It is good to have these little projects to work on.
Any suggestions for items I can make would be appreciated.

How about Rug Mugs? Easy to make and once people know what they are for, most people love them!
How about some scented mug rugs? Looks like a wonderful evening for you! xox
needle case to go with the pin cushion. A textile coin-purse with embroidered stitching on top :0 Good luck

good to see you hard at work Dianne, what about some pods, they hang on the tree and you can put little items in, earrings, chocolates etc.
Hi Dian! Have you seen the tutorial on my blog(at top). I have just finished making 10 in no time at all!!There are other tutorials on the side when you click on You Tube when you watch this video.Purses..pencil holder...
Hope your evening's sewing went well Dian, and that operating your remote didn't go to your head........LOL.. I am very rarely 'trusted' with our remote/s!! Had you thought of some time of paper weights?? I think I'd like to make some with texture, and stitch. I'm sure your creative mind will have goodies whipped up in no time. Cheers, talk again soon.
