Painted by mother nature

Melbourne is notorious for its weather: it is very changeable.

The last few days have been a great example.  Saturday was hot - 30 degrees and since then each day has been wet, windy, hailing, cold.

The garden is enjoying the water - although I am constantly having to deal with snails.

I picked these leaves up from under the orange tree.  They look amazing and I couldn't resist sharing them here.

The garden is a constant source of inspiration.

Hello Dian

Beautiful leaves and they do look like Mother Nature has painted each one!
On my walks I always find treasures and bring them home to photograph too - sometimes I forget to take them out of my pocket tho!

Our weather is very fickle here at the mo too - that's Spring in our neck of the woods.
Luckily you're not being affected by the bush fires - frightening.

Enjoy your weekend.
Hugs
Shane

seem to be having a problem leaving a comment, here goes again.
Interesting seeing these colours as here in the UK our leaves change to this colour in the autumn, surely yours are not already dying?
