time on the wing

I just don't know where the last week has gone.  Not much achieved: very disappointing really.  I feel quite overwhelmed by the things that need to be done lately.  I know I have nothing to complain about: a nice home in a beautiful place, a loving family, great neighbours, freedom to do pretty much what ever I like each day.  I think it must be the sudden onset of winter that is getting me down.  Never mind: I did manage a visit to take pics of sunset at Canadian Bay.  I will post one here to share and hope I have something more to say soon.

Maybe time contemplating the sunset is time well spent. Let's the mind settle and all those jobs will get job at a time.
i'm a bit of a "list girl" myself.
Hope you feel calm again soon.

Lovely pic. Sometimes even with a full and wonderful life, we get a little down, happens to me too! Cheer up and take care. xox Corrine

Oh Dianne, I'm sorry to see you are feeling a bit low. Things do seem to crowd us sometimes, but for sure, they can usually wait until you feel like doing them.

Thanks to Judy's tip I have been able to post a comment, so hopefully I am now back in commumication.

Wonderful sunsets you have down your way, we can never quite repeat natures wonderful colours ourselves, somehow can we?

Winter has a way of doing that to us. It seems harder to move around and get motivated!! The sunset is very pretty and lifts the spirits. It will all take care of itself in the end Dian - a little at a time. Di.

Beautiful photograph Dian. I hope the blues soon take a hike, but I have to say I understand a little of how you are feeling. I think Winter is a bit of a downer in many respects. Not long until the shortest day. I'm not a lover of short days, so will be pleased when they start to lengthen out again [probably because I don't see well enough to stitch a lot at night!!]. Take care, and make the time to plan. Cheers.

it happens some times for no reason...happy life, sudden low mood. Never are only human and then there are always the dreaded hormones.
