disappointment

Last week I bought a gorgeous vintage vase from an on-line auction site.  I was so excited about its impending arrival: imagine my reaction when I opened the parcel to find the vase in pieces.
The vase was not expensive and I have had a full refund but the vase was by a Sydney pottery and cannot be replaced.  I must stress that this was not purchased through Ebay or Etsy.

That's really disappointing for you Dian. At least you had no trouble getting a refund.

Oh, how disappointing. I'm glad you were able to get your money back, but I understand the sadness that it is broken. Jacinta

What an awful shame Dianne. To be so excited about it coming and then to find this in the package. it did look like a lovely vase.

Hi Dian, so sorry to hear about the setback with your vase. Thankfully, a refund was offered, but it's not same is it. I am sorry I have not commented prior to this, things are a little crazy up here this week. Cheers.

Awww, what a disappointment!! At least they offered a refund - sounds like a very fair company.

So sorry to hear about that vase - what a terribly unexpected thing to happen! Water for
Elephants is an incredible book to read - I loved it and now I can't wait to see the movie.
Hugs,
Suzy
